Introduction

Food Diets

This blog has been created by Patricia Sánchez and César Pagán, here we are going to see two differents ways of diets, and see how it affects to ourself.

First, César is going to be 3 days long eating fast food, a lot of sugar, cans etc. We are going to call it the ''Fat Diet''




And after that, Patricia is going to show us a normal diet to slim down just a bit, we dont want to show you a extreme diet, and this diet is going to be named as ''Normal Diet''

FAT DIET

Day 1

Ok, since the first day of the fat diet, i knew that i was going to get fat but i wanted to see how my body feels  taking just that type of food. Basically i went to the supermarket and bought different types of food that haves too many calories, like chocolate, pizza, burguer, chips etc.

The first feelings on me was happiness, i was eating food that i normally eat once or twice a week.
I ate for lunch and dinner some pizza and burger, and for breakfast cookies and smothie of chocolate.

 I spent all day without exercise, just talking with friends, playing videos games and eating.



Day 2

The second day as i expect i had some stomachaches on me, because i think i ate too much that day, also i felt so nervous because i got too many amount of sugar on me and that was bad, it was bad for me and people around me because the first day i  was happy, the second one i started to be a little bit rude with them. 


But anyway that was my diet on the next three days so i continued eating fast food, there is no necessary to specific on what type of food.

Day 3

The third day i started to feel really sick, and i was tired to eat that type of food, my mind was like: ''i wish this  day to end'', my stomach was bad also i had headaches. Something that i learnt there was that is bad to eat pizza like 2 days in a row, that is gonna be bad to you health so parents did good when i was a child. Also after this 3 days i remember that if i would eat whatever i want when i was i child, now i were really fat and unhealthy boy.

After this three days my results are, i got a little bit fat, its really unhealthy to yourself and you need to have a balance diet if you want to be healthy.

For my experience, do not try this please.

NORMAL DIET

I am going to be on diet during 3 days to lose some weight . I am going to cut down the meals with fat and extra calories. It is proven that if you reduce fat and calories of your diet , you lose weight.
Do you join me? Cheer up!!!!!!!! I don’ t want to do it alone. If you are constant , you will get it


DAY 1

Today we are going to have for breakfast a cup of skimed milk with coffee or black tea if you prefer,a piece of fruit and a small whole wheat toast bread with a thin layer of light cheese (without any jamo r butter).
At noon, a piece of fruit or a fresh juice.
For lunch, a green salad (lettuce,tomato,onion and carrots) and  roasted  fish with asparagus.
In the afternoon, a piece of fruit, a tea or a coffee.
For dinner, 2 eggs omelet with cherry tomatoes and a piece of light cheese(100g)
For the first day I feel cheerful and dynamic.I am not very hungry.This evening I went out to run but I have fallen down because I have sprained my ankle and I have got bruised knees.I wish to be better tomorrow . Now I go to bed , time to chill out .

DAY 2

For breakfast, today in fasting we drink a glass with the juice of a lemon and water. Afterwards,  5 digestive biscuits with a glass of skimed milk.
At noon , a tea or coffee and a piece of fruit.
For lunch, chicken breast with curry and a boiled potato.
In the afternoon 3 digestive biscuits with a fresh juice.
And at night we will dinner a green salad but adding a bit of light cheese and fried  bread cubes.
Today I woke up a bit grumpy because my mucles are still aching . Anyway I have  gone  out to practice some exercise but slowing down the rhythm. At night after dinner I am feeling hungry, If I had a hamburguer I would eat even the envelope J I feel sleepy , I go to bed .

DAY 3

Breakfast time with an orange juice and a small whole wheat toast bread with a thin layer of light cheese.
At noon a light yogurt or coffee.
For lunch, whole wheat pasta with tuna  and grated tomato.
In the afternoon a piece of fruit.
For dinner, 2 boíled eggs with green beeans.
This is the third and the last day of the diet , that cheers me up . So , I have done more sport than other days facing up to the last day . Today I wasn’t so hungry as yesterday .
Tonight I will check my weight , if only I had lost a lot .
If I hadn´t suffered aches , I would have practised more exercise , losing more weight .
